Korean & English Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone, email, and live chat inquiries per SLAs
- Provide accurate, empathetic responses across all channels
- Manage simultaneous conversations while maintaining quality
- Resolve issues independently; escalate complex cases
- Document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems
- Adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations
- Maintain professionalism across different markets
Requirements:
- Native or near-native Korean + professional English proficiency (spoken/written) — MUST
- Prior multichannel customer support experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication
- Strong active listening and empathy
- Cultural awareness for regional customer support
- CRM/ticketing/telephone system experience preferred
- Windows 10+ or MacBook; 8GB+ RAM; Intel Core i5+; 40-50 Mbps download
