Korean Guest Relation Officer (Native/Speaker) | AYANA Komodo Company: AYANA Hospitality Location: AYANA Komodo Resort, Komodo, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-time | Entry-level Responsibilities: - Review arrival lists to welcome guests - Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries - Help prepare welcome folders with collateral (e.g. room service menus, area descriptions) - Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services - Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers - Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages) - Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relation Manager when needed - Ensure compliance with health and quality standards Requirements: - Fluent in Korean with minimum TOPIK Level 4 certification, and strong command of English - Diploma in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or related discipline (Bachelor's preferred; fresh graduates welcome) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset
