About Us: LG Sinarmas Technoloy Solutions (LG Sinar Mas) is a joint venture between LG CNS and Sinarmas (SM+) focuses on providing advanced IT solutions and services, including data centers, cloud migration, financial digital services, telecommunications, smart factory, smart city, and global delivery centers. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Korean Interpreter to support communication between Korean and local teams in a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent linguistic ability, a deep understanding of Korean culture, and experience working in or supporting IT-related projects. Experience in the banking & manufacturing industries will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities: - Provide real-time interpretation (Korean ↔ English or Korean ↔ Bahasa Indonesia) in meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. - Translate written documents such as emails, reports, and technical specifications. - Support communication between Korean stakeholders and project teams. - Facilitate cross-cultural understanding and help align business and technical expectations. - Ensure accuracy and context in translation to prevent misunderstandings, especially in technical or financial content. Requirements: - Proficiency in Korean with TOPIK Level 5 or higher. - Prior experience as an interpreter in the IT industry. - Strong communication skills in English. - Ability to understand and convey technical terminology related to IT systems and software. - Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity. - Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a strong plus. - Experience in the Smart Factory is a strong plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with IT project lifecycles, software development, or systems integration. - Degree in Korean Language, Translation, Information Technology, or a related field.
