This position bridges communication between Korean management and local teams while supporting compliance activities. Requirements: D3 or S1 degree in Korean Language or related field; fresh graduates welcome; minimum 2 years experience advantageous; mandatory active spoken and written Korean and English proficiency; business/industrial Korean preferred; TOPIK Level 4+; Microsoft Office competency; administrative capability. Responsibilities: interpret and translate for Korean management; maintain GA & EHS documentation; support operations including asset control, audits, 5R/5S, GMP/CPKB, safety, and environmental standards; handle expatriate administrative matters (KITAS, stay permits); coordinate business travel logistics; provide employee support services. Schedule: full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00. Offline interviews required in South Jakarta and East Jakarta.
