Alma Resort Cam Ranh is hiring Korean Native Speaker Associates for its resort in Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa, Vietnam. The role delivers customer service to Korean guests throughout their stay, provides Korean language interpretation and communication support between guests and resort associates, and assists guests with inquiries, requests, reservations and other service-related matters. The associate coordinates with relevant departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and supports daily departmental operations. Requirements include being a native Korean speaker, a good command of English, friendly and positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability, and willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays. Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is an advantage. This is a full-time, on-site position in the hotel and restaurant services industry.
