Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing data, and identifying growth opportunities
- Provide administrative support to ensure the organization runs smoothly, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts
- Oversee the daily operations of a business and ensure that all financial, logistical, customer service, staffing, and production goals are met
- Create a budget related to the company's business and manage the business budget
- Aligning business activities with overall organizational goals
- Support the management and the sales team
- Design and implement procedures to improve profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business administrative or business support role
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to create Accounting/Financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong in using Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Pivot, SumIF, SumIFs, Round) & PPT
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong analytical thinking
- Having experience in SAP is an advantage
