MyVenus Network Indonesia (Summits Group) Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya Employment Type: Full-time Category: Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) Responsibilities: - Maintain active communication and coordination with Korean Director and headquarters regarding daily operational business needs - Schedule management, monitoring, and ensure timely completion of operational follow-ups - Handle communications with companies, business partners, vendors, and external parties related to skincare distribution activities - Support inventory operations and logistics including stock checks, shipment coordination, and product distribution - Organize, manage, and update internal operational data related to sales and distribution - Support offline sales channels and partner stores to ensure smooth sales activities aligned with brand requirements - Manage product samples, displays, and promotional materials for operational and marketing needs - Prepare administrative documents, input data, and create routine operational reports - Coordinate actively with internal teams to ensure effective and organized operational execution Required Qualifications: - Professional and natural Korean language communication proficiency (verbal and written) - High attention to detail, organized approach, and professional operational handling - Responsible, proactive, and capable of completing work thoroughly - Quick follow-up ability and strong detail-checking skills - Ability to prepare work documents and create simple operational reports using standard tools Preferred Qualifications: - Beauty, cosmetics, or skincare brand industry experience - Previous experience working with Korean companies or Korean directors - Inventory, logistics, and sales operations knowledge - Offline retail, partner store, or brand operations support experience - Proficiency with AI tools for operational and administrative efficiency Company Overview: Summits Group operates as a K-Beauty & Medical Group headquartered in South Korea with Indonesian operations including MyVenus (medical aesthetic services), MyDerma (Banobagi Clinic management), and MySkin (Korean skincare brand distribution).
