Korean Speaker for a Korean skincare brand at PT. MYVENUS NETWORK INDONESIA, based in Jakarta Selatan (full-time, Brand Management). Responsibilities: active communication and coordination with the Korean Director and Korea headquarters on daily operational needs; schedule management, operational monitoring and timely follow-up; external communications with companies, business partners and vendors on skincare distribution; support inventory and logistics operations including stock verification and shipment coordination; organize and update internal sales and distribution data; support offline sales channels and partner stores; manage product samples, displays and promotional materials; administrative documentation, data entry and routine operational reporting; internal team coordination. Required qualifications: professional and natural Korean communication, verbal and written ('Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Korea secara profesional dan natural melalui lisan maupun tulisan'); high attention to detail; responsibility, proactivity, task completion; quick follow-up and verification skills; document preparation using standard office tools. Preferred: experience in beauty/cosmetics/skincare, prior work with Korean companies, inventory/logistics/sales operations knowledge, offline retail support experience, AI tools proficiency.
