This position will play a crucial role in business development and operations in the cosmetics industry. Job Responsibilities: - Control and direct overall team performance - Manage relationships and development strategies for Korean brands (K-Brands) - Organize important documents and perform accurate brand data entry - Act as liaison with Korean parties; able to communicate in Korean (minimum TOPIK level 4) - Coordinate across teams to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications: - Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management, Business, or relevant fields - Minimum 3 years of experience in management or cosmetics industry - Able to communicate actively in Korean (oral & written) – minimum TOPIK level 4 - Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong managerial abilities - Accustomed to working in teams, with good leadership and initiative - Proficient in Microsoft Office & document management tools - Good and professional communication skills - Interviews will be conducted in Korean from start to finish
