Requirements: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with Korean language proficiency to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role, preferably supporting Board/Commissioner level executives. Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure meetings run effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office suite. High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information. Attention to detail and accuracy. Coordinate travel arrangements for Directors/Commissioners including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations and maintain an efficient filing system. Ability to work under pressure. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Korean Language / TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). Salary negotiable depending on experience.
