KOREAN SPEAKING TRAINEE - REGENT PHU QUOC

IHG Hotels & Resorts is recruiting a Korean Speaking Trainee for Regent Phu Quoc in Phú Quốc, Vietnam, full-time, at trainee seniority level in the hotel and restaurant services industry. Responsibilities: support the daily operational tasks of the assigned department under line manager supervision; assist in communicating with Korean-speaking guests to ensure smooth and pleasant experiences; translate or interpret basic information between Korean and English or Vietnamese when required; handle guest inquiries, requests and follow-ups courteously and professionally; support administrative tasks including preparing reports, documents and guest information; participate in on-the-job training and departmental briefings; comply with company policies, service standards and workplace regulations; and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or department head.
