Job Responsibilities: Translate documents accurately from Korean to Indonesian and vice versa; Interpret during meetings, training sessions, audits, and daily communications between Korean user and local employees; Facilitate departmental coordination involving Korean counterparts; Translate business correspondence, reports, SOPs, work instructions, and company documents; Support Korean user in operational and administrative activities; Ensure translated information is clear, accurate, and contextually appropriate. Requirements: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline; Proficient in Korean with minimum TOPIK Level 4 (Level 5–6 highly preferred); Effective communication in Korean and Indonesian, verbally and in writing; Minimum 1–2 years experience as Korean translator/interpreter; Sales or business communication experience advantageous; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Comfortable attending business dinners and social gatherings; Willing to work in Karawang area.
