Project Manager - Automotive Module Development at LG Electronics Japan, a subsidiary of South Korea-based LG Electronics. The parent company operates approximately 120 global business locations with roughly 83,000 employees and 2020 global sales of approximately 15 trillion yen. Core business divisions include Home Entertainment, Home Appliances & Air Solutions, and Vehicle Components. Location: Yokohama Innovation Center, Nishi Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Employment Type: Full-time permanent position. Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 60-minute break. Compensation: 4,000,000-9,000,000 yen annual salary. Key Responsibilities: Manage automotive module development projects; oversee vehicle development schedules and KPI achievement at each development milestone; client reporting and meeting facilitation; production management; technical issue management; profit and cost-of-revenue management; quality assurance oversight. Required Qualifications: University degree or advanced degree minimum; business-level Japanese and Korean language proficiency; proven development project management experience; beginner-level Korean (Hangul) mandatory. Preferred Qualifications: B2B automotive component experience; project management background at Tier-1 automotive suppliers (AVN, Telematics, HUD, Display systems).
