About the role The selected candidate will work closely with the Audit Team and Korean-speaking client representatives to facilitate effective communication during meetings, interviews, document discussions, audit inquiries, and other activities related to the financial audit process. Key responsibilities Provide Korean – Indonesian and/or Korean – English interpretation during meetings and discussions between the Audit Team and Korean-speaking client personnel Assist the Audit Team during interviews, walkthroughs, clarification meetings, and audit discussions Interpret discussions related to Financial Statements, Accounting, Taxation, Internal Control, Business Operations, Audit Procedures, and Supporting Documents Translate short documents, emails, explanations, schedules, or supporting information when required Assist communication between Korean management/staff and Indonesian auditors Ensure that financial, accounting, and audit terminology is interpreted accurately Maintain the confidentiality of all client information, financial data, and audit documentation Coordinate closely with the Audit Team throughout the project period About you Fluent in Korean Language, both spoken and written Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia Good command of English will be an advantage Minimum TOPIK Level 4 is preferred Candidates with TOPIK Level 5–6 will be highly preferred Previous experience as a Korean Interpreter / Translator is preferred Experience supporting Audit Firms, Accounting Firms, Consulting Firms, Korean Companies, Manufacturing Companies, or Multinational Companies will be an advantage Familiarity with accounting, finance, tax, audit, or business terminology is highly preferred Able to interpret professional discussions accurately and objectively Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
