Job Overview:
The Management Secretary will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the President Director's daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires fluency in Korean and English for internal and external coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
2. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents in Indonesian, Korean and English
3. Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
4. Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the President Director
5. Any other additional administration tasks
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Economic/Business related major from a prestigious university in Indonesia or overseas
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Secretary (highly preferred in a Korean company)
3. Any industry background is acceptable
4. Fluent in English and Korean (at least TOPIK 5 level)
5. Excellent communication and time management skills
6. Willing to work on-site 100% in SCBD, South Jakarta area
7. A healthy and fit person
8. Having experience working or studying in Korea will be an advantage
