PT Posco Indonesia Jakarta Processing Center (POSCO-IJPC), a steel processing joint venture, hires a Marketing Support (Logistics) Junior Staff in Karawang, Jawa Barat. Responsibilities: coordinate and execute import activities for steel coils from overseas suppliers; prepare and review import documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin); liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, trucking vendors, and shipping agents; monitor shipment status and resolve delays, damages, or customs clearance issues; ensure regulatory compliance with import laws and company policies; maintain accurate transaction and logistics records; collaborate across departments and track customs regulation changes. Requirements: minimum 3rd-year Diploma; at least 1 year of import operations experience (steel coil industry preferred); strong knowledge of international shipping, customs clearance, and import regulations; fluent English (written and spoken), with Korean proficiency an advantage; advanced Excel; willing to work in Karawang.
