Responsibilities: interpret doctor-patient conversations via phone/online/video, consult clients in two languages following approved scripts, maintain medical ethics and confidentiality, keep notes and glossary, communicate with shift coordinators, participate in training and QA. Requirements: Korean and English fluency (C1, IELTS 7.0+), clear speech, medical interpreting/call center/telemedicine experience preferred, stress resilience, empathy, professional ethics, night shifts (19:00-04:00) willingness, NDA.
