Position: QHSE Manager - Railway Rolling Stock Maintenance Company: Hyundai Rotem Uzbekistan Branch (BOINN CORP) Location: Tashkent, Aibek Street 22; high-speed railway facility Employment Type: Full-time, permanent labor contract Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour workdays, on-site Primary Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integrated QHSE management system across Uzbekistan operations - Monitor compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards at railway maintenance facilities - Assess alignment with local regulations and international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) - Design risk assessment and emergency response systems - Develop and manage QHSE training programs for local staff - Manage incident reporting and corrective action implementation Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or related field - Minimum 5 years QHSE experience (manufacturing facility background required) - Safety management certifications - Integrated international QHSE systems management experience - Knowledge of Uzbekistan and Central Asian regulatory frameworks - English, Uzbek, or Russian language proficiency - Local labor law and safety culture understanding Preferred Qualifications: - QHSE experience in railway or manufacturing sectors in Uzbekistan/Central Asia - International QHSE certifications (ISO, IATF) - ERP/QMS system experience - Korean language proficiency Application Deadline: April 15, 2026; submit resume in English with supporting credentials
