Responsibilities: oversee facility operations, staff scheduling, front desk supervision, member experience and retention initiatives, safety compliance, CRM data management, team leadership, event operations for sports tournaments and corporate events. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality/Sports/Operations Management, 3-5 years operations or hospitality management experience, fluent Korean (required). Salary 20-35 million VND gross.
