COBI GROUP is hiring a Member Experience & Operations Manager/Executive (Korean speaking) for Cobi Home Long Hau, Long Hau Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province (company shuttle from District 7, HCMC). Hours 8:00-18:00 Mon-Fri. Responsibilities: oversee facility operations, staff scheduling, front desk supervision, member experience and retention initiatives, safety compliance, CRM data management, team leadership, event operations for sports tournaments and corporate events. Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality/Sports/Operations Management, 3-5 years operations or hospitality management experience, fluent Korean (required). Salary 20-35 million VND gross.
