Operation Specialist — PT CRAVERCORP INDONESIA WHOLESALE, Jakarta Selatan. Full-time. Key Responsibilities: - Collect orders from e-commerce channels and register them in ERP/WMS systems. - Monitor order, payment, and delivery statuses; identify and resolve issues. - Issue outbound instructions to warehouses. - Verify and manage inventory across channels. - Respond to customer and partner inquiries regarding orders, shipping, returns, and claims. - Perform monthly closing with sales and cost data consolidation. - Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance) and external partners. Required Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years e-commerce operations experience. - Business-level English proficiency (written/verbal). - Excel/Google Sheets data management skills. - Hands-on OMS, ERP, or WMS system experience. Preferred Qualifications: - Beauty industry experience. - Business-level Korean proficiency.
