Operation & Vendor Management Professional (OPR Manager) at PT Serveone MRO Indonesia, dual sites: HO at Menara Bidakara 2 South Jakarta and Hub at Gunung Putri Bogor. Oversees end-to-end operational lifecycle of client requirements, bridging procurement strategy and physical execution. Responsibilities: lead-time management to ensure 100% on-time delivery; vendor performance monitoring via audits and evaluations of local suppliers and logistics partners; SOP compliance with procurement SOPs and RFQ flows; issue resolution as first escalation point for delays/quality/logistics bottlenecks; strategic sourcing support to identify and vet new vendors. Requirements: 7-10 years in Procurement, SCM, or Logistics in the Indonesian market; FnB industry experience required (FnB manufacturing a plus); ERP and data analytics proficiency; strong English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency; cultural intelligence and local business etiquette; willingness to work dual sites.
