Operations Manager (Korean Brand) Perusahaan: PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia Lokasi: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya Tipe Pekerjaan: Full time Gaji: Rp 18.000.000 - 23.000.000 per bulan Overview: Adecco Indonesia is assisting a new F&B brand from Korea expanding into Indonesia, seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their newly opened store in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab: - Manage daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness - Drive revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management - Monitor and evaluate operational performance across outlets and implement improvements - Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence - Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners - Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities Kualifikasi: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar role - Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-brand operations in the restaurant, lifestyle, retail, or hotel industry - Strong knowledge of and passion for Food & Beverage (especially related with Korean Brand/Korean BBQ/Korean F&B) - Fluent in English (Mandatory) and Korean would be preferred - Strong leadership and people management skills - Good financial and business acumen - Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools Why Join: - Be part of one of the largest retail groups in Indonesia - Opportunity to receive training in Korea - Exciting chance to grow with a new and expanding international brand
