Operations Manager (Korean Speaking)

Operations Manager (Korean Speaking) at One Tree Hill Ventures, a Singapore-based venture capital and venture building firm, based in Jakarta (remote eligible). Responsibilities: prepare high-quality reports, presentations and documentation in Korean and English; monitor project progress and reporting; support day-to-day operations across Indonesia and the region; coordinate with Korean startups, Indonesian corporates, government agencies and ecosystem partners; manage stakeholder communications and meeting coordination; support business development and partnerships; assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking. Requirements: fluent Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or above preferred) and English; based in Jakarta; highly detail-oriented; strong analytical and organizational skills; proficient in Google Workspace, Canva. Bookkeeping experience advantageous.
