PT. Korea Medibiz Platform is hiring a Personal Assistant & Content Creator to support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Jakarta Selatan, full-time, Rp 7,000,000-9,000,000/month.
Responsibilities: manage the CMO's calendar, appointments, meetings, travel, and daily administrative tasks; coordinate communication between the CMO, internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders; create, edit, and publish engaging photo/video content for the CMO's Instagram; plan content schedules and support branding, marketing, and promotional activities; provide executive/administrative support, prepare documents and presentations, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements: bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or Social Media Coordinator; fluent English (spoken/written), Korean language proficiency highly preferred; proficiency in social media management and basic photo/video editing (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express); excellent organizational, communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
