Interpreter and Operations Assistant for 3S Studio at HOA XINH GROUP in Ho Chi Minh City. Salary 14-20 million VND gross, negotiable, 1 opening. The role supports the director with Korean-Vietnamese interpretation during meetings with partners and clients, and handles translation of documents, reports and scripts. Duties include attending meetings with the director and production manager and interpreting during work discussions; reviewing and proofreading AI-generated translations to ensure cultural and linguistic appropriateness for Vietnam; cross-checking source and translated content and refining phrasing for accuracy and natural expression; supporting translation of content requiring literary expression; coordinating with the director, actors and relevant stakeholders during production; providing on-site interpretation during filming; assisting with contract and document translation; and facilitating information exchange between parties during production and studio operations. Requirements: fluent Korean with the ability to interpret directly and translate Korean-Vietnamese documents; strong natural Vietnamese expression, with preference for candidates who can edit content or have an interest in literature and language; ability to review and correct AI translations; strong communication and coordination skills with management, directors, actors and departments; flexibility, proactivity and on-site problem solving; and a careful, responsible approach to confidentiality. Prior interpretation experience in studio, content production or filmmaking is preferred. CV must be submitted in English and Korean.
