Job Overview:
Manage the lifecycle of Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implants in the Indonesian market, combining product management expertise with dental industry knowledge to drive growth through strategic marketing, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Strategy:
- Manage lifecycle of Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implants (Fixture, Abutment) products in Indonesia
- Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing tactics to drive product growth and adoption
- Oversee product launches, ensuring market readiness and product adoption in clinics and hospitals
- Report on product performance and market trends to Marketing Manager, including sales forecasts
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research on dental bone regeneration market in Indonesia
- Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive products
- Collect and analyze feedback from dental professionals to adapt products to local market needs
- Monitor regenerative dental products sector for growth opportunities
- Research market for dental imaging solutions (panoramic X-ray, CT scans)
Partnerships & Business Development:
- Develop partnerships with companies selling panoramic dental X-ray and CT equipment
- Explore synergies for joint marketing initiatives or sales collaborations
Training & Education:
- Provide clinical insights and develop training materials for dental professionals
- Train sales teams and distributors on product features, benefits, and clinical applications
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs teams
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs team to ensure compliance with local regulations and medical standards
- Ensure alignment between product offerings, marketing strategies, and local market requirements
- Collaborate with global product management team for insights on product development
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Dentistry degree
- Experience: 3+ years in product management, clinical marketing, or business development in medical device or dental products company
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dental Bone Graft Substitutes and Dental Implant systems (fixtures, abutments)
- Research Skills: Experience conducting market research and analyzing dental regenerative market
- Industry Interest: Strong interest or experience in collaborations with dental imaging equipment suppliers
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Korean (to support global communication)
- Experience with panoramic X-ray and CT imaging equipment for dental applications
- Hands-on experience in product sales or product management in dental implants or regenerative dentistry
- Familiarity with Indonesian dental market and regulatory environment
- Previous experience working in multinational medical device company
