Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare professionals (HCP) and key opinion leaders (KOL) through scientific approach
- Collect and analyze market information including competitor activities and customer requirements
- Provide product feedback to sales and marketing teams
- Conduct training for internal and external parties
- Serve as main PIC for scientific events (workshops, seminars, webinars, exhibitions)
- Support key projects/tenders and collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Work with distributors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in medical school (Sarjana Kedokteran, S.Ked)
- Ability to develop and conduct training programs
- Presentation skills
- Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical company
- Experience with surgical products (operating theatre, bone, wound, dental products)
- Experience in brand/product management
- Existing relationships with hospital decision makers
- Korean (written, spoken) is a plus point
- Knowledge of business software (CRM tools, Power BI, Adobe Photoshop/Canva)
