Product Marketing Company: PT Triyakom Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, Indonesia Job Type: Full time Salary: Rp 5.800.000 - Rp 7.000.000 per month About the Role: The company seeks a driven Growth/Product Marketing professional to lead marketing-driven product development, validate ideas, build MVPs, and own go-to-market programs that drive user adoption and revenue. This hands-on role collaborates closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Growth teams. Responsibilities: 1. Lead marketing-driven product development, define concepts, validate ideas, build MVP, and launch go-to-market programs to drive adoption and revenue 2. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns 3. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery 4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing initiatives 5. Create and manage content for various digital and print channels 6. Monitor and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement 7. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field 2. 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or related marketing/product roles 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas 4. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as content management systems and analytics platforms 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks 6. Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic environment 7. Excellent cross-functional communication and project management 8. Excellent in Excel is a plus 9.
