Product Specialist (Aesthetic Products)

Your Role in This Journey:
1. Regional managers for the key commercial areas in JABODETABEK and Bali for aesthetic market.
2. Achieve sales targets by implementing sales strategies, promoting products, monitoring sales performance to meet objectives.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, especially chain aesthetic clinics to promote products and handle inquiries.
4. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams to meet sales goals.
5. Submit regular reports on sales performance with insights for improvement and intended actions to align performance with objectives.
6. Manage and coordinate sales strategies, track and report sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Deliver key promotional messages and build trust with customers through professionalism.
8. Participate in sales programs to increase product awareness.
9. Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on products and trends.
10. Analyze the market and competitors to find new business opportunities.
Who We're Excited to Meet:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any of major (Pharmacy or related science fields preferred)
2. 3+ years of experience aesthetic product sales (toxin, filler, skin booster, lifting, etc)
3. Have existing business partner/customer
4. MS Office skills: Intermediate to advanced level
5. Strong implementation action plans and intensity to achieve results
6. Good Interpersonal, negotiation, and excellent communication skills both English and Bahasa Indonesia
7. Experienced in working for a Korean company is a plus
