PT Hyundai Energy Indonesia is hiring a Production Control Senior Specialist at their Cikarang Pusat facility. PT Hyundai Energy Indonesia is Indonesia's first EV Battery Pack manufacturer in Southeast Asia, inaugurated by Indonesia's 7th President in July 2024. Key Responsibilities: - Manage raw and packaging material stock levels; evaluate production system flexibility - Ensure safety stock availability, Bills of Materials accuracy, and inventory system integrity - Oversee complete inventory lifecycle (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) - Balance Make-to-Order and Make-to-Stock strategies - Develop Master Production Schedules maintaining optimal, cost-effective stock levels - Monitor and optimize Work-In-Process levels - Conduct periodic stock audits and inventory analysis - Prepare warehouse budgets; manage operational efficiency - Handle logistics for imported materials and machinery - Issue Purchase Orders to local and international suppliers - Process supplier invoices into SAP Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent - Able to speak and write in Korean will be a plus - Minimum 2 years manufacturing, production planning, or inventory control experience - Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) - ERP systems proficiency; Material Requirement Planning knowledge - Understanding of production scheduling, demand forecasting, capacity planning, FIFO/LIFO inventory control - Analytical, detail-oriented, strong communicator; handles pressure well - Leadership capability (for supervisor advancement) - Opportunity to become permanent employee after management evaluation - Must work on-site in Center Cikarang (GIIC facility) Welfare & Benefits: - Competitive salary and payband - Periodic competency training - Private health insurance (employee, spouse, 3 children) - Company-paid taxes - Work-life balance - Additional benefits (THR, overtime, contract compensation, meals, company sports)
