The company serves major clients including Kakao Piccoma, Kakao Webtoon, and various entertainment production companies. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain communication channels between clients, team members, and Korean CEO - Provide schedule updates on client webtoon translation projects - Execute operations including task registration, progress tracking, and delivery management - Process work rejections and coordinate revisions - Manage large-scale translation task workflows - Report and escalate issues promptly Required Qualifications: - Maintain operational quality standards with translation outputs as the primary objective - Possess foundational knowledge of translation processes - Understand procedural manuals and take responsibility for internal and client communications; respond swiftly to issues - Demonstrate business-level Korean proficiency (reading, writing, listening; minimum TOPIK level 4) - Show strong accountability managing translation assignments with effective self-management - Demonstrate proficiency with computer systems and company-specific tools - Understand Korean workplace culture and practices - Preferred: Experience collaborating with Korean professionals abroad
