Smilegate Vietnam is hiring a Project Manager (Korean Speaking) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, full-time. Smilegate is an entertainment company headquartered in Korea since 2002, operating in game development, services, investments and social contribution; its flagship title CROSSFIRE serves over 670 million players in 80 countries. Smilegate Vietnam entered the market in 2023 to provide stable development and operation of the Smilegate platform and to expand as a regional and Asian hub. Key responsibilities: coordinate resources for flawless project execution; ensure projects deliver on time, within scope and within budget; develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholder involvement; lead primary projects while managing multiple interconnected data flows; collect, consolidate and prioritize requirements from Product Owners across teams; build understanding of complex business logic across platforms; coordinate cross-functional communication between technical, product and business teams; ensure data relationships, policy rules and operational constraints are reflected in planning; collaborate with development team leaders on resource allocation; construct comprehensive project plans and monitor progress; handle changes in scope, schedule and expenses; evaluate project performance with appropriate systems and tools; communicate and escalate issues to management; oversee client and stakeholder relationships; conduct risk management; maintain third-party and vendor relationships; and create and maintain project documentation. Requirements: proficiency in Korean communication is a must, with English or Vietnamese communication preferred; minimum 5 years of project management experience using Agile/Scrum; experience managing multiple projects with teams of five or more members; ownership of quality agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives; the ability to give constructive, timely feedback; conflict resolution skills within and between teams; and skill in negotiating priorities and timelines.
