PT EZMedicom (Daewoong Group Indonesia) is hiring a Purchasing Staff for their shared procurement hub in Cikarang, West Java. PT EZMedicom is establishing Indonesia's premier shared procurement/purchasing hub within Daewoong Group Indonesia. As a shared procurement organization, it manages purchasing for multiple subsidiaries to maximize cost savings and operational efficiency, leveraging Korean expertise while optimizing for Indonesian market regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Product sourcing and price management through vendor/supplier contact and market research - Price competitiveness analysis and profit improvement initiatives - Substitute product suggestions and sourcing based on product trends - Quantity integration and competitive bidding processes - Discovering and nurturing new vendor/supplier/logistics partnerships - Establishing and negotiating operational purchasing strategies - Internal and external department coordination with suppliers - Database analysis for strategic planning - Profit/loss performance analysis by purchasing category Required Qualifications: - Minimum bachelor's degree - Must be able to communicate in both Korean and English (speaking and writing) - Purchasing/Procurement work experience with operational understanding - Intermediate or higher MS Office proficiency - Strong cross-departmental and stakeholder communication skills - Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java Preferred Qualifications: - Pharmaceutical, biotech, logistics, or construction industry experience - Prior overseas or global company employment Career Growth: Potential to visit EZMedicom Korea headquarters Employment Type: Contract-based Work Arrangement: On-site
