💼 Position: English–Korean Interpreter
🏠 Work Location: 100% Work From Home
📅 Contract: 12 months, renewable based on performance
⏰ Schedule: 5 days per week / Rotational night shifts / 8 hours per shift
🌏 Nationality: Open (Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand & Philippines based)

📞 Job Responsibilities
• Provide real-time English ↔️ Korean interpretation via phone (OPI) and/or video (VRI)
• Support calls related to healthcare, education, insurance, banking, and emergency services
• Interpret accurately and professionally in the first person• Maintain confidentiality and neutrality
• Follow company and client quality standards

⚠️ Important
Calls may involve sensitive topics such as medical emergencies, 911 calls, accidents, abuse, suicide, insurance claims, and banking matters.You should be able to stay calm, focused, and professional during difficult or sensitive calls.

✅ Requirements
• Native or near-native English and Korean
• English C2 preferred / Korean TOPIK 6 preferred
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Good understanding of cultural differences
• Previous interpretation experience is not required
• Able to pass the required language assessments
• Quiet home working environment
• Stable internet connection + computer and USB headset/microphone
