A joint venture established in 2020 that manufactures and supplies automobile seats and related components to PT Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Indonesia seeks a Sales Manager based in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer business requirements, market and competitor research, pricing calculations with marketing/costing input, generating proposals, quotations and invoices, negotiating specifications and delivery terms, tracking supplier progress, ensuring customer retention, and maintaining sales records. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of automotive or manufacturing experience, English communication ability, Microsoft Office/Excel and SAP proficiency. Korean language knowledge is an added advantage.
