PT Pyridam Farma Tbk seeks a commercially-minded Sales Manager to lead OEM/ODM cosmetics business development and revenue growth, based in Jakarta Selatan (hybrid). Key responsibilities: drive new customer acquisition and portfolio expansion in beauty, personal care and cosmetics sectors; build and manage a robust sales pipeline; identify market trends and develop sales strategies; lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting through negotiation and closure; manage project development from inquiry through quotation, sampling, formulation and commercialization; collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, R&D and Pricing teams across locations (Indonesia and Korea); develop competitive pricing strategies; and monitor sales performance and forecasts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field; minimum 5 years B2B sales/business development experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, FMCG or OEM/ODM manufacturing; strong commercial acumen; excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities; strong English proficiency. Preferred: experience with Korean companies and Korean language proficiency.
