Role: drive new business development and expand market presence in Indonesia by identifying distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
Responsibilities: develop new distributors and retail partners; maintain customer relationships; achieve sales targets; conduct market and competitor research; coordinate product launches and promotions; prepare quotations, negotiate terms, manage purchase orders; coordinate cross-departmental operations; prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for Korea regional headquarters; handle customer issues; represent the company at meetings and exhibitions.
Requirements: minimum 1+ year sales/business development/key account management experience (consumer goods/FMCG/kitchenware preferred); fluent in English and Indonesian (mandatory); Korean language a plus; strong sales and negotiation skills; Microsoft Office proficiency; valid driver's license preferred. 5 days/week with frequent customer visits and travel.
