Responsibilities: building and maintaining professional relationships; understanding customer requirements; researching current markets and products; tracking competitors; professionally presenting products and services; developing client relationships via email, phone or in person; calculating product prices; accumulating market information; acting as a bridge between company and clients; suggesting improvements based on client needs; creating detailed proposals; generating quotations and invoices; negotiating costs, specifications, pricing and delivery terms; monitoring supplier order progress; maintaining client relationships; recording and updating sales data in systems.
