Responsibilities: primary contact for project stakeholders, manage project scope/timeline/quality, facilitate stand-ups and reviews, oversee team performance, mitigate risks, translate technical and business documents between Korean and English/Vietnamese, support communication between Korean leaders and development teams. Requirements: Korean TOPIK 5 or higher (written and spoken), business-level English, 2+ years as PM/Scrum Master/BA/PO in IT, strong leadership and facilitation.
