About the role: You will work within the Sourcing Centre of Excellence with structured support and training, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver talent for client organisations. Key responsibilities: - Develop collaborative relationships with recruiters and hiring managers. - Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging talent intelligence resources. - Participate in recruitment discussions and vacancy briefings. - Understand client business needs and role requirements, and translate them into sourcing strategies. Required knowledge, skills and experience: - Effective communication and negotiation abilities. - Professional written communication skills. - Strong organisational capabilities, managing multiple priorities. - Information retention and analytical decision-making. - Experience supporting clinical and corporate roles. Desirable knowledge, skills and experience: - Previous industry experience (call centres, customer service, retail, telecommunications, education, hospitality, sales, telesales). - Recruitment environment background. - Research, analysis and data presentation experience. - Korean and English workable (working proficiency in Korean and English). Performance metrics: monthly offers accepted, candidate conversion rates, data accuracy, and mandatory training compliance.
