PT LOTTE Chemical Indonesia - Cilegon (Merak Plant), Indonesia Job Responsibilities: - Use strategic sourcing for petrochemical plant operations, focusing on MRO, service and chemical procurement - Implement cost-effective purchasing methods using various procurement tools - Manage complete procurement cycle: vendor selection, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contract creation, PO issuance, delivery tracking, and vendor performance monitoring - Handle import processing for goods and materials - Analyze vendor quotations for material specification accuracy against drawings or BOQ - Negotiate terms to achieve optimal QCDSM outcomes - Process Purchase Requisitions through ERP system - Conduct Vendor Performance Evaluations Requirements: - Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years procurement experience in global multinational company (EPC background advantageous) - Strong knowledge of procurement strategic sourcing for petrochemical plant operations - Effective communication skills - SAP (ERP) and E-Procurement system experience - CPSM certification is a plus - Advanced MS Office proficiency - High business ethics - Basic petrochemical industry knowledge - Multilingual capability required: English mandatory, Korean language is an advantage - Willing to relocate to Merak Plant Note: No recruitment fees required from candidates.
