Lele Tour designs meaningful travel experiences for customers. Candidates may apply for one or both positions; placement determined by company.
Position 1: Staff Operasional (Operation Coordinator)
Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel, vehicle, and tour reservations
- Communicate with vendors/partners
- Check and adjust operational schedules
- Handle urgent situations (first response)
- Ensure reservation progress runs smoothly
Position 2: Staff Administrasi / Customer Support
Responsibilities:
- Handle basic customer communication
- Input and manage inquiry data
- Record and manage CRM
- Prepare invoices and data lists
- Monitor unresponded inquiries
- Send templated messages
- Document management
General Qualifications:
- No age, major, or education restrictions
- Fresh graduates welcome
- Ability to understand work clearly
- Learn from mistakes without repetition
- Accept and apply feedback quickly
- Responsibility toward work
Required Tools: Google Sheets, Google Docs/Drive, Notion (learnable), WhatsApp
Language & Communication:
English or Korean is advantageous. Most important: clear Indonesian language communication. Working directly with Korean teams and clients provides international communication experience.
Work Environment:
- Location: Yogyakarta
- Can travel to Bali/other areas (transportation/accommodation provided)
- 5 days/week (flexible), 09:00-17:00
Salary & Growth:
- Initial range: IDR 2.5-3.5 million
