STAFF PE: verify production process compliance with SOP; update SOPs and revision checklists; control production process documentation (SOP, LOB, DOE, PMSC, Parameter Checksheet); verify changes using 4M method; verify new firmware/software and analyze data; extract and process LOB data for capacity/efficiency improvement; execute monthly improvement activities. Requires D3/S1 in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering and 2-5 years Product Engineering experience. STAFF ME: prepare and maintain jigs and machinery; replace machine spare parts; repair abnormal jigs and equipment; complete PMCS and parameter checksheets; setup line layout and equipment; improve and design jigs and machines. Requires D3/S1 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 2-5 years experience. QUALITY CONTROL STAFF: handle inspection, defect analysis, and quality reporting; create inspection, quality, and improvement reports. Requires S1 preferably in Automotive/Industrial/Electrical Engineering; 2-5 years Electronics Manufacturing Quality experience; knowledge of QC processes, inspection standards, AQL/sampling, Root Cause Analysis, 8D Report, Corrective Action, basic SPC; Excel and MES/ERP proficiency; shift work availability. Language ability (added value) for the QC role: basic English and Korean.
