Staff Procurement (International Shipment) position at PT Aneka Dasuib Jaya (Java Super Food), full-time, Rp 5-6.5 million monthly, Karawaci, Banten. Responsibilities: Manage supplier and international partner communications; handle export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates); coordinate sea and air shipments; manage OEM projects including specifications and compliance; liaise between internal teams and external parties; issue Purchase Orders for materials and parts; handle Korean and English business correspondence. Requirements: 1-2 years procurement/supply chain experience; understand procurement processes and PO creation; basic import/export knowledge valued; fluent English (oral/written); fluent Korean (oral/written) - Mahir berbahasa Inggris dan Korea, baik lisan maupun tulisan; experienced with foreign business correspondence; strong administration and documentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); detail-oriented; capable of meeting deadlines; able to coordinate across departments.
