Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle end-to-end Recruitment Process within LX International Indonesia along with its 16 subsidiaries
2. Creating Creative Recruitment Strategic Plan to ensure smooth recruitment process within companies
3. Establish Graduates Development Program and Internship Program
Candidate Requirements:
1. Candidate must have at least Bachelor's degree from Reputable university in Indonesia
2. Having at least 10 years of working experiences in similar role in Multicultural and Natural Resources companies (Korean company will be an Advantage)
3. Experienced in managing all level of hiring; graduates, mid-career level and professional level
4. High communication skills, Creative and Solution-oriented
5. Fluent in English both Speaking and Writing (Korean speaker is an advantage)
6. Willing to be placed in Jakarta office, SCBD, South Jakarta area
7. Willing to do Business Trip to site if required
