Technical QA Engineer

Global Tax Free is a VAT refund specialist serving international tourists. The Japanese subsidiary is seeking a Technical QA Engineer to ensure service quality and release readiness. Key responsibilities: lead scenario-based testing of external integration APIs and terminal devices (E2E, integration and system testing); collaborate with external security firms on local compliance and security regulations; prepare test cases, manage defects, and verify system and data consistency. Requirements: 3-6 years of relevant QA experience (mid-level); system and API testing expertise with defect management; ability to review security documentation and validate personal data protection compliance; professional proficiency in both Korean and Japanese, spoken and written, is mandatory, as this position requires regular communication with Headquarters in Korea. Position details: full-time permanent position, on-site in Ginza, Tokyo, regular working hours. Document screening followed by individual interview scheduling.
