A leading Korean-language training and study-abroad company in Hanoi is hiring a Foreign Relations Assistant (Trợ lý Đối ngoại). The role supports leadership in building strategic partnerships with Korean universities, educational organizations and enterprises while managing international cooperation initiatives and enhancing the company's reputation with Korean partners. International relations and partnership development (50%): represent the company at educational seminars, exhibitions, exchange programs and Korean institutions' events; build, maintain and develop relationships with Korean universities, educational organizations and partners; serve as primary liaison for information exchange and coordination during partnership implementation. International delegation reception (30%): plan and organize visits from Korean educational institutions, businesses and organizations; prepare itineraries, documentation and interpretation services and coordinate internal departments for productive meetings. Information management and training (20%): collect, update and systematize information on training programs, scholarships, admission requirements and new partner policies; prepare and standardize materials introducing company programs, products and services; provide staff and partner training on product information as needed. Requirements: bachelor's degree minimum; prior study-abroad experience in South Korea or a background in education, study-abroad consulting, international cooperation or diplomatic affairs is advantageous; fluent Korean with TOPIK 5 or TOPIK 6 certification (mandatory); strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities; organizational, planning and time management skills; proactive and outgoing with a high sense of responsibility; willing to travel domestically and internationally. Compensation: base salary up to 35,000,000 VND per month plus performance, program and business bonuses; holiday and birthday benefits; salary review every 6 months; 2-month probation at 85% of base salary; full social, health and unemployment insurance per labor law; training, travel and team-building events; clear advancement opportunities.
