PT Gen Health Indonesia seeks a Korean Translator/Interpreter (full-time, Tebet - Beauty Clinic & Head Office) to support communication between doctors, medical staff, management, and South Korean patients or business partners, and to translate operational and marketing documents. Responsibilities include real-time oral interpretation between doctors, therapists, and Korean patients; accompanying Korean patients during consultations, procedures, and post-treatment care; translating medical documents, SOPs, informed consent and administrative documents; translating promotional materials, website, social media, and brochures between Korean and Indonesian; greeting Korean patients and providing service information; assisting with registration, scheduling, payment, and procedure coordination; liaising with Korean vendors/partners; coordinating visits from Korean doctors, trainers, or guests; and managing Korean-language social media content and communication with Korean communities and agents. Qualifications: minimum D3/Bachelor's degree (any field), active Korean language proficiency (spoken and written), TOPIK Level 3 or higher preferred, strong communication and customer service skills, professional appearance, and translator or customer service experience valued.
