Key responsibilities: translate Korean documents, emails and communications into Indonesian with accuracy; provide real-time interpretation during meetings and business discussions; prepare translated materials for internal and external use with cultural appropriateness; support administrative staff managing Korean-language correspondence; maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information; collaborate across departments for contextual and technical translation accuracy; develop and maintain translation glossaries; and work a shift-based schedule with the Production Team. Requirements: fluency in Korean and Indonesian with professional-level written and spoken proficiency; proven translation or interpretation experience; understanding of Korean and Indonesian business cultures; excellent attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks independently; high school diploma minimum, translation certification preferred.
