External Relations Assistant for a leading Korean-language education and Korea study-abroad company, based in Hanoi. The company is expanding its network of partnerships with Korean universities, educational organisations and enterprises while developing international collaboration programmes in Vietnam, and this role acts as the bridge between leadership and partners. External relations and partnership development make up 50 percent of the role: representing the company at seminars, education exhibitions, exchange programmes and events organised by Korean schools, organisations or agencies; building, maintaining and developing relationships with Korean universities and educational partners; and serving as the main point of contact for information exchange and partnership implementation. Receiving international partners is 30 percent: planning and organising the reception of delegations from Korean schools, businesses or educational organisations visiting Vietnam, preparing itineraries, documentation and interpretation, and coordinating with relevant departments. Information management and training is 20 percent: collecting and systematising information on training programmes, scholarships, admission requirements and new policies from Korean partners, standardising documents introducing the company's programmes and services, and training internal staff and partners. Requirements: university degree or higher; proficient Korean with TOPIK 5 or TOPIK 6 certification; prior experience in Korea study abroad, international education, consulting or international cooperation is a significant advantage; experience as a study-abroad student in Korea is preferred; strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; proactive and highly responsible; willing to travel domestically and internationally. Compensation: base salary up to 35,000,000 VND per month, performance and programme bonuses, business bonuses, holiday, Tet and birthday bonuses, salary review every 6 months, two-month probation at 85 percent of official salary, full social, health and unemployment insurance, company training, travel and team building, and clear advancement opportunities.
